Legacy company positioning for custom OEM blower wheel programs.
Custom Forward Curved Blower Wheels for OEM Equipment
Choose from single-inlet tablock, single-inlet strip, key-rivet and double-inlet strip constructions. TSLBlower reviews the wheel diameter, width, hub or bore, motor interface, rotation and complete equipment context before quoting a custom or replacement project.

Tablock, strip, key-rivet and double-inlet strip routes.
Combined outside-diameter coverage across the four listed series.
One-piece enquiries are supported, subject to the current quotation.
Four forward curved blower wheel construction routes
The inlet and joining method change the wheel structure, interface and manufacturing route. Use these four families to identify a starting point; the approved drawing or sample controls the final part.

Single Inlet Tablock
Single-inlet wheels with a tablocked blade-to-ring construction. Legacy options include a hub for a motor shaft or an external-rotor motor interface.
Review STG coverage
Single Inlet Strip
A single-inlet strip construction with the center disc mechanically connected to the blades. Surface-finish requirements are reviewed per project.
Review SSG coverage
Single Inlet Key Rivet
A compact single-inlet construction using a key-rivet joining route. It is reviewed where the customer needs this geometry rather than a tablock or strip assembly.
Review key-rivet coverage
Double Inlet Strip
A double-inlet wheel built around a center disc and two blade sections. Bore, keyway, total width and orientation need to be defined together.
Review SSG-DS coverageLegacy series coverage for faster project identification
These ranges consolidate the original TSLBlower product tables. They are useful for enquiry routing, but they are not a stock guarantee. Confirm the current drawing, tooling, material, tolerance and availability in the quotation.
| Construction series | Listed OD range | Listed width range | Bore / interface reference | Rotation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| STG single inlet tablock | 127–762 mm | 50–381 mm | 11–50 mm bore; selected external-rotor interfaces | CW / CCW |
| SSG single inlet strip | 63–310 mm | 38–188 mm | 6–28 mm listed bore options | CW / CCW |
| Single inlet key rivet | 76–224 mm | 22–102 mm (B) | 4–29 mm listed interface dimension | Confirm by drawing |
| SSG-DS double inlet strip | 130–310 mm | 166–375.5 mm | 8–28 mm bore; selected 6×3 / 8×4 keyways | CW / CCW |
Send the closest series, required OD, wheel width, bore or motor interface and rotation viewing side. If an old table value conflicts with your sample or drawing, the controlled project reference takes priority.
Define the hub, motor and installation interface
Diameter alone is not enough to match a forward curved wheel. The original range includes multiple bore sizes and motor-side constructions, so the mounting relationship must be reviewed with the wheel geometry.
External-rotor motor interfaces
The legacy STG range identifies 59, 72 and 92 mm external-rotor motor interface diameters. Confirm the exact motor drawing, attachment method and clearance.
Motor-shaft hub
Provide bore, hub material requirement, keyway or fastener, shaft length, offset and the load-transfer interface.
Single or double inlet
Show which side or sides receive air and include the inlet cone, housing and nearby structural clearances.
Rotation reference
State CW or CCW together with the viewing side. A rotation label without a viewing-side sketch is incomplete.
Forward curved wheel projects for OEM and replacement equipment
The original product program covers ventilation, commercial baking, HVAC and cooling, fan manufacturing and repair-distribution enquiries. Application fit still depends on the complete air path, speed, pressure target, environment and validation method.

From design input to production and inspection
The useful supplier question is not whether a generic service exists, but what input controls it, what approval is required and what evidence can be supplied for the actual order.

Design and development review
Start from a controlled drawing, labelled sample photos or an existing component. Confirm the four construction routes, critical interfaces and approval plan before tooling or sampling.
Review design engineering
Project-specific manufacturing route
Construction, material, forming, joining, tooling and order quantity determine the route. Sampling and production timing are confirmed against the approved part.
Review manufacturing
Inspection matched to the drawing
Define dimensions, hub or bore, rotation, construction, appearance, balance requirement and requested records. The method and acceptance criteria belong in the project specification.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Mark unknown items clearly so the quotation can identify the remaining engineering questions.
| Input group | What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product route | STG tablock, SSG strip, key rivet, SSG-DS double inlet, or “unknown” | Routes the enquiry to the closest construction family. |
| Wheel dimensions | OD, ID, width, active width, side plates and critical clearances | Defines the wheel envelope and housing relationship. |
| Hub / motor interface | Bore, shaft, keyway, fastener, offset or external-rotor motor drawing | Controls assembly and fit. |
| Orientation | Single/double inlet, CW/CCW, viewing side and motor side | Prevents reversed or ambiguous geometry. |
| System duty | Equipment, speed, target airflow/pressure if known, environment and validation method | Separates wheel manufacture from full-system performance approval. |
| Commercial details | Prototype or production quantity, target date, destination and required documents | Supports tooling, sampling, production and logistics planning. |
Forward curved blower wheel FAQ
Commercial terms below reflect the legacy product-page baseline and remain subject to the current drawing, construction, quantity and quotation.
What forward curved blower wheel types does TSLBlower offer?
The established range includes single-inlet tablock (STG), single-inlet strip (SSG), single-inlet key-rivet and double-inlet strip (SSG-DS) constructions. A drawing or sample is used to confirm the applicable route.
What size range is available?
The combined legacy tables list outside diameters from 63 to 762 mm across the four series. Each construction has its own width, bore and interface limits, so the current requirement must be confirmed before quotation.
Can you support external-rotor motors?
The legacy STG range identifies 59, 72 and 92 mm external-rotor motor interface diameters, alongside motor-shaft hub options. Send the motor drawing and installation details to confirm a current project match.
What is the MOQ for a forward curved blower wheel?
The legacy product policy accepts one-piece enquiries. Sampling, tooling, unit price and shipping are confirmed for the selected construction and project requirements.
How long do samples and production take?
The legacy baseline states approximately 10–15 days for sampling and 25–30 days for volume production. Actual timing starts after technical and commercial approval and is confirmed in the quotation.
Can you provide a sample?
Sample support is available. Any sampling, tooling and freight charges depend on the design and destination and are confirmed before the sample order.
Can airflow, pressure or noise be guaranteed from the wheel alone?
No universal wheel-only result should be assumed. Airflow, pressure, noise and efficiency depend on the housing, inlet, outlet, clearances, motor, speed and full equipment system. Share the duty and validation conditions for engineering review.
